One Race Killing Per Week in Russia Last Year

According to INTERFAX, the Sova Center has reported that in 2006 one Russian was killed every week in a racial attack, while ten times that number were wounded in such assaults. Most outrageously, the largest number of attacks came not in the provincial countryside but in the supposedly cosmopolitan cities.
