Putin's Russia Gets Rated Again, and Putin's Russia Fails Miserably Again

The Moscow Times reports that Mercer Human Resources Consulting has issued a report on global health and sanitation which ranks Moscow a pathetic 201 out of the 215 cities surveyed. St. Petersburg, Russia's second city, came in at #184. The report states that "Russian cities have the poorest scores in this area" in all of Europe. Mercer also rated a host of cities for overall quality of living; needless to say, no Russia city made the top 50 (while eight American cities made that list). This result is perfectly consistent with Russia's abysmal performance on a host of other evaluations by respected international authorities as previously reported by La Russophobe. And remember, as LR has previously reported, Mercer has rated Moscow the most expensive city in the world to live in. In other words, Moscow takes your money and gives you nothing in return.
