PBS Exposes the Horrors of Doing "Business" in Xenophobic, Neo-Soviet Russia

The PBS radio program "All Things Considered" has an audio program detailing the condition of the Neo-Soviet business climate for foreigners. Listen here. The overview of the program states: "In post-Communist Russia, foreigners who try to run their own small businesses face many challenges. Once an inviting destination for American entrepreneurs, Russia has proved to be a tough place to do business. It is an environment rife with government corruption, crooked business partners and gangsters."
