They can't even prosecute their legitimate cases correctly!<br /><br />Apparently lawyers for this Alexei Frenkel guy aren't even allowed to meet with him. According to the lawyer Igor Trutnov, this constitutes a "violation of provisions of both the Russian Constitution, and the criminal code of procedure."
